The APOLLO™ is a compact, modular, multiple-DSP, Windows XP Professional-based console that can be equipped with up to 8 DDS-based RF transmitter channels configurable from 2 kHz to 3.5 GHz. Each transmitter channel produces a nominal 1V output and has the most agile frequency, phase and amplitude control of any system on the market.
An array of additional options are available including multiple RF transmitters, linear high-power RF amplifiers, digital receiver arrays, low noise figure preamplifiers, a gradient control system, shim unit, MAS spin-speed controller, variable temperature unit, digital lock system and RF probe/coil interface. With its numerous options, the Apollo can be configured for any NMR, NQR or MRI application.
Fast (<100 ns) phase shifting / modulation, fast (<100 ns) amplitude modulation, and fast (<200 ns) frequency shifting are hallmark features of the Apollo system.
The Apollo system draws heavily on the latest advances in digital surface mount technology. For example, the extensive use of SHARC® Digital Signal Processors (DSP) to control instrument functions, makes the Apollo one of the most versatile NMR systems available today.

Each Apollo comes with an NTNMR software site license allowing the same powerful instrument control software to be used for off-line processing of data. NTNMR is pre-configured for your application and includes an application specific pulse sequence and NMRscript® library for a fast start.
The Apollo is provided as a 19" rack-mount chassis that can easily be mounted along with other equipment. The Apollo’s modular design, numerous options and advance capabilities makes it the ideal research tool for a new spectrometer or a replacement console.
